Masters Dave Turton (10th Dan) and Paul Oxtoby (7th Dan) came to the club for a special self defence seminar teaching the students martial arts techniques, trimmed down for use in the street.

Two fun filled lessons by Mr. Goodwin. The students played games including Rounders, Highest Kick and Wheelbarrow Races.

All subs and donations went to sport refief, raising £160.
